Case study

Global Shipping & Logistics

A live system the team had never been trained on.

The problem

The software was bought, configured, and live. The team was still working the old way, because nobody had shown them how the new system handled the cases they actually deal with.

This is the most expensive failure in an implementation, because the money is already spent. The licence renews whether or not anyone opens it.

What I did

  1. 01

Delivered on-site training across five modules

Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing — each with the team that uses it.

  2. 02

Trained on the awkward cases, not the happy path

Refunds, split orders, and the exceptions that make people revert to the spreadsheet.

  3. 03

Owned meeting documentation through the project cycle

Decisions recorded where they could be found later, rather than in individual notebooks.
